What counts as an "enrichment"?
One enrichment = one company domain. Dashboard and API count the same. Re-enriching a cached domain is free for your plan's retention period. Failed enrichments don't count against quota.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
- Free: API returns 429 error. Upgrade to continue.
- Starter: $0.15 per enrichment over 1,000
- Growth: $0.08 per enrichment over 10,000
You'll get email warnings at 80% and 95% usage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at next billing cycle. No cancellation fees on monthly plans.
Do you offer discounts?
- Startups (YC, Techstars alumni): 50% off Starter for 12 months
- Non-profits: 30% off all plans
- Annual billing: 20% discount on Growth and Enterprise
