Dashboard Guide

The Vera Dashboard lets you enrich company data, discover partnership opportunities, and research target markets — without writing code.

No Technical Skills Required

If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Vera. The dashboard is built for sales teams, marketers, founders, and researchers.


Getting Started

Sign Up

  1. Sign up at veraenrich.com/sign-up
  2. Verify your email
  3. You'll land on the dashboard homepage

Free tier includes: 250 enrichments/month, full dashboard access, CSV import/export, and B2B match.

Set Up Your Company Profile

Before using B2B Match, set up your company profile so Vera can analyze how other companies relate to yours.

  1. Click "My Company" in the sidebar
  2. Enter your company domain — Vera auto-fills your profile from public data
  3. Review and edit the fields (especially value proposition, services, and target customers)
  4. Click Save
Why this matters

The more complete your profile, the better the B2B match analysis. A detailed profile produces specific, actionable sales angles and partnership ideas. See the B2B Match guide for tips.


Enrich a Single Company

  1. Click "Enrich Company" on the homepage
  2. Enter a domain: stripe.com
  3. Click "Start Enrichment"
  4. View the enriched profile in 10-15 seconds

You'll see:

  • Company overview — name, description, logo, website
  • Firmographics — industry, employee count, location, founded year
  • Funding & stage — business stage, funding status
  • Social profiles — LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub
  • AI insights — value proposition, target customers, revenue model, services, competitors, challenges
  • B2B Match — partnership score, sales angles, and collaboration opportunities (requires My Company setup)
  • Confidence score — 0-100 data quality rating

Company Detail Page

Click any company name to see its full profile. The detail page has two key sections:

Partnership Snapshot (top of page) — A quick view of the match score and key stats. Tells you at a glance whether this company is worth pursuing.

Full B2B Analysis (below the fold) — Detailed sales angles, collaboration opportunities, synergy areas, pain points you can address, and a recommended outreach approach.


Bulk CSV Upload

Enrich hundreds of companies at once by uploading a CSV file.

Prepare Your CSV

Your CSV needs a column with company domains:

Domain format

Use clean domains (stripe.com). Remove https://, www., and paths. Use official company domains, not blog subdomains.

Upload Process

  1. Click "Upload" in navigation
  2. Drag & drop your CSV (or Excel file)
  3. Map columns — system auto-detects, verify the domain column
  4. Review — see valid/invalid domain counts
  5. Click "Start Enrichment"
  6. Download results when complete

Size limits: Free (250), Starter (1,000), Growth (10,000), Enterprise (unlimited).

Output

The downloaded CSV includes all your original columns plus enriched fields:

Typical success rates: 90-95% for established companies, 60-80% for small/new companies. Failed enrichments don't count against quota.


Searching Companies

On the Companies page, you can search and filter your enriched company database:

  • Search by name, domain, or industry
  • Filter by employee count, funding stage, location, confidence score, or date
  • Sort by confidence score or enrichment date

Example Workflows

Build a target account list:

  1. Upload a CSV of companies in your market
  2. Filter by employee count (e.g., 51-500) and industry
  3. Sort by match score to find the best-fit prospects
  4. Export the filtered list

Research a specific sector:

  1. Enrich 10-20 companies in the sector
  2. Compare their value propositions, services, and customer targets
  3. Use competitor data to map the competitive landscape

Qualify inbound leads:

  1. When a lead comes in, enrich their company domain
  2. Check the B2B match score and sales angles
  3. Use the recommended approach to personalize your outreach

Exporting Data

  • Export single company: Click company name → Export → choose CSV or JSON
  • Bulk export: Select companies → Export Selected → download file

Exported data includes all enriched fields. JSON export includes the full data structure documented in the Company Schema.

Both count toward the same quota. Many teams use both — dashboard for research, API for automation.


Troubleshooting

Enrichment failedCheck domain spelling, try alternative TLD (.io vs .com). Ensure the domain has an active website.
Low confidence dataCompany has minimal online presence — verify key fields on LinkedIn. Re-enrich after some time.
CSV upload failedEnsure CSV format, check for special characters in domain column, split files over 1,000 rows.
Processing stuckLarge batches take time — refresh page, wait up to 15 minutes. Check the activity feed for progress.
